Why was my order cancelled?
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to, but not limited to: failed credit authorizations, site related malfunctions, improperly stated pricing and discounts.
Shipping and Delivery
What are the shipping methods I can choose?
Individual items are sent via the very reliable international airmail service by the Hong Kong Post Office. http://hongkongpost.com
It normally takes 4 to 7 business days to arrive at most destinations worldwide, although there are variances which may go up to 2 weeks.
Do I have to pay import tax and customs duties?
Products are being shipped out of Hong Kong, and are therefore imported goods. In most countries of the world, import duties are charged.
The prices charged by Pop-jewelry do not include taxes, only product cost and shipping fees.
However, regulations differ between countries. For example, in Hong Kong, almost everything is imported duty-free, with the exception of alcohol, cigarettes, cars and cosmetics.
Please be advised that the Customs Department of your country could impose duty or sales tax on your ordered item when it enters your country.
However, based on our experience, it seldom happens to small lot orders like ours. Do find out the local regulations and the maximum value of import for duty exemption. We would appreciate your understanding that we cannot be responsible for any tax or duty charged by your government on the purchase.
